Casa Karma was created and decorated with works by artists from Mérida, Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta. All furnishings were selected for what one wants in a beachfront home: luxury, comfort, and ease.

With four ensuite bedrooms and a spacious open living area, each of your guests will have a cozy place of their own.

For your comfort, each suite has top-of-the-line mattresses, the best pillows and linens, a separate AC unit, its own Sonos system, automatic shades, robes, boutique bath products and plush towels.

For chefs, the kitchen is stocked with top-of-the-line cookware, quality knives, an automatic espresso machine and just about every cooking gadget you’d want. There is a bar with a built-in wine cooler and as much filtered and bottled water as you want.

And don’t let the occasional need to work stop you from enjoying Casa Karma. There’s an additional Zoom work room with a new iMac desktop, wireless printer, TV and couch (and PS5 for when you need a break). The wifi is fast, solid and secure.

The large beachfront patio and pool is what sets Casa Karma apart. With lounge chairs when you want the sun, and luxurious couches, chairs and tables under awnings when you want the shade, there’s no better place to gather with your friends and family. Here, you can practice yoga and enjoy the beach without getting sandy. When you’re in the mood, step down a few stairs, open the gate, walk onto the sand and wade into the warm Caribbean waters. There’s two SUP paddleboards, boogie boards, a gas BBQ and outdoor showers.
